Bestowed with the special designation of Enforcer No. 0, Campanella has been dispatched by the Society to simply observe the execution of Weissmann the Faceless' grand plan.
An elusive figure, Campanella comes and goes in bursts of illusory flame, leaving only cryptic and mocking remarks in his wake.
