Olivier possesses extraordinary musical talent, and is capable of playing everything from the piano to the lute. He is also skilled with an orbal gun and arts. Unfortunately, his personality is extremely narcissistic and insufferable.
He has come to Liberl for some unknown purpose...which he constantly seems to neglect.
Even after the Queen's Birthday Festival, he continues his leisurely travel around the kingdom, much to the displeasure of his childhood friend, imperial attaché Major Mueller Vander.
