A twisted, corrupt individual, Weissmann uses a supernatural ability known as "Absolute Suggestion" to alter people's memories and perceptions at will. With this power, he was able to manipulate the events of 1st Chapter from the shadows.
For the sake of the Society's mysterious plan, following the wishes of the Grandmaster, he shepherds the Enforcers in a plot to bring calamity to Liberl.
